一张桌子，两张椅子

一块键盘，两块炸鸡

一台ps2加硬盘和破手柄，一台胖p加块公牛电源板

然后在冰箱里塞上两箱青岛啤酒，完美了。

1. 面试是一个bs和bbs的过程，过程中两者皆会发生。

--要想降低bbs的概率，要复习数据结构，操作系统，数据库原理，计算机网络，数值分析，面向对象编程，C, C++, MFC, Java, J2EE, J2ME, .net, 设计模式, 计算机安全，linux, windows，ajax, hibernate, struts，外加microsoft, IBM, sun 认证背景调查若干...必要时问连自己都答不出来的问题...

--要想降低bbs的概率，要调查公司的招聘流程, HR policy, 培训计划，项目需求若干，必要时进行强有力的假设和预测...

--要想提高bs的概率，研究竞争对手IBM, google等面试题若干，必要时大胆改编...

--要想提高bs的概率，研究bbs的人的简历的含水量，必要时不必留情...

--要想提高bs的概率，不一定每次都要英文自我介绍...

--实践证明，必要的时候不多，bbs的时候不少。

 

2. 提问的时候痛下杀手，评分的时候多说好话，我们还是很仁慈的。实践证明对提升rp有好处。

 

3. 面试时最好常备咖啡，浓茶等强力兴奋剂。实践证明可以保证下午不晕过去。

 

4. 面试大约在第40个人左右出现极点...实践证明可以存活...
